Analyst
Analyst is a software tool that lets users get more real information out of their parcel data. Analyst harnesses ESRI’s graphical toolset and focuses it on the tasks of allowing users to quickly locate and identify parcels, view related data, gather useful statistics, and perform calculations on parcel data.
Analyst provides an intuitive interface, and lets users perform the following tasks with minimal GIS training:

  • Graphically identify, locate, and display parcels with useful annotation
  • Perform simple and complex searches for parcels with specific attributes
  • Browse through the list of parcels that satisfy keyword or attribute searches, instantly viewing key attributes of each
  • Drill down into the complete data records of individual parcels
  • Use Form Builder to create customized data "views"
  • Overlay various data layers in the map view to visually represent relationships between parcels and soil maps, flood maps, zoning maps, utility maps, neighborhood boundaries, etc.
  • Automatically calculate basic appraisal statistics on the set of parcels that satisfy keyword or attribute searches, visually identifying statistically significant parcels
  • Automatically perform calculations such as soil composition
  • Pan, zoom, and otherwise manipulate the map display
  • View linked images, video clips, scanned deeds, or other documents related to the active parcel.
  • Create reports and mailing labels based on parcel data
  • Create and distribute custom maps, and save map templates for later use

Easy Installation and Simplified Administration

 Analyst uses intuitive "wizards" to assist the administrator in software set-up and advanced topics like database linkage and the creation of custom data forms. The delivered online help, accessible with the click of your mouse, provides easy access to the user's guide.

Analyst Extensions
GPS Extension The GPS Extension combines the valuable capabilities of GPS with the already popular Analyst software. The new capabilities allow users to determine their precise location while driving in the car. Users can locate, view and instantaneously know to which parcel surrounding features belong. With the new GPS Extension to Analyst, there's no more guess work. It offers precision where precision is needed most. Find exact coordinates for parcels, right of ways, utilities, building exteriors and more.


Report Writer Extension The Report Writer Extension provides users the capability to create the reports you want and need. The Report Writer allows the user to customize reports using one of the leading report generators, Crystal Reports. With the Report Writer Extension users are able to organize and share information in a more efficient manner.


Shapefile Editor Extension The Analyst Extension, Parcel Editor, allows users to edit shapefiles in Parcel Analyst. A shapefile may be edited by an operator as long as that file is not being utilized by another operator or is not locked by the operating system. Parcel Editor provides common tools for editing shape files. With Parcel Editor, users can add or delete points, lines, and polygons. Users can also make modifications to shapefile properties such as; property number, owner name, and data contained inside the shapefile. Parcel Editor adds a new dimension to your Analyst software.
