DREAMaps for Transportation is a web-based, GIS enabled COTS application used to simplify the process of acquiring properties for right-of-way projects, manage various permitting processes, and outdoor advertising.
DREAMaps Land Acquisition Module – Manages the entire acquisition and disposal process. The system initiates the process with a project funding estimate (PFE) and goes on to cover all phases of the acquisition and property management process, including the relative disposal and lease activities.
DREAMaps Permitting Module – Provides the capability to follow the entire permit process from start to finish while providing an executive dashboard. The configurable executive dashboard provides a quick overview, showing users the status of all applications and permits.
DREAMaps Outdoor Advertising Module – Allows for efficient organization with the ability to manage and track permits, upload / link documents, and generate reports. The configurable executive dashboard provides a quick overview, showing users the status of all applications and permits.
DREAMaps Property Management Module – Provides effective management and security for all Transportation properties. It ensures “Fair Market Value” or “Economic Rent” is received from all sales and leases and manages the disposing of property not required by the department.
