Mapper Desktop is a customized – and customizable – extension to ArcGIS 9.x, the powerful GIS engine developed by Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI).  Mapper consolidates the primary tasks of the property mapping office – splitting existing parcels, joining existing parcels, digitally constructing new parcel geometry, updating property-related data, and importing parcel graphics from other systems – into a collection of intuitive workflows that help to automate common function within ESRI's ArcMap environment.
